On Tuesday,11TH December,2025 Hon. Parke-Davis Magyigbe had the honour of hosting the management and students of Fr. Dogli Memorial Technical Institute, together with traditional leaders from New Ayoma, in his office.
The delegation officially briefed him on the national recognition the school received at the 41st National Farmers’ Day Celebration in Ho, where the institution was honoured for its outstanding contribution to practical agricultural education.
The Principal, Mrs. Bridgitte Afi Dzakah expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Jasikan Municipal Assembly, especially the Municipal Chief Executive, for the continuous support that played a key role in this achievement. She also highlighted the prizes received, which include:
A coaster bus
An 18-unit classroom block
Agricultural inputs
A cash prize of GHC 50,000
In response, he congratulated the school and reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to continue supporting the school and all educational institutions within the Municipality.
He encouraged the staff to keep offering their best and urged the students to remain disciplined, focused, and hardworking to uplift the image of the school and urged the traditional leaders to rally their support to schools within the Buem enclave.
Congratulations once again to Fr. Dogli Memorial Technical Institute for making Jasikan and the Oti Region proud.
