The Jasikan Municipal Assembly on 1st October, 2025 held a brief but heartfelt ceremony to officially hand over duties from Mr. Awapoayi James, the outgoing Municipal Co-ordinating Director, who has been transferred to the Oti Regional Co-ordinating Council, to the newly posted Co-ordinating Director.
In his remarks, Mr. Awapoayi expressed his gratitude to the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive, management, and staff for their support and teamwork during his time of service. The Assembly, in turn, commended him for his dedication and contributions to the development of the Municipality.
Staff and management warmly welcomed the new Co-ordinating Director and assured him of their full cooperation as they continue working together to advance the progress of the Jasikan Municipality.
