On the 16th November, 2022, the Jasikan Municipal Assembly was duly inaugurated under the L.I2437.A new logo for the newly inaugurated Municipal was also unveiled at the ceremony.
The occasion was graced by people of repute like Nana Edje Tete Kpase-Brantuo VII- the Adontenhene of Buem Traditional Area and Jasikanhene, Osaberims Antwi Agyei IV-the Twafohene of Buem Traditional Area, Hon. Joshua Gmayenaam Makubu-the Oti Regional Minister, His Eminence Richard K.Atikpo the council of State Representative for Oti Region ,Most Rev.Gabriel Akwasi Ababio Mante-the Bishop of Jasikan Catholic Church and Hon.Kofi Adams -the MP for Buem Constituency.
